Cheesy Potatoes

Cheesy Potatoes
This is my go-to potluck dish. It gets rave reviews and there are never any leftovers. Here is the recipe.

CHEESY POTATOES
1 bag frozen diced hash brown potatoes
1 small onion, chopped fine
4 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Spread potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; stir over low heat until everything is melted together. Pour evenly over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, until top is golden brown.

Simple and delicious!
